   Great for learning the ins and outs of the restaurant business.

   Cons

   Making $2.13 an hour. Every location is different as it is a franchise. We didn't get any sort of discount and had to pay full price for everything

   Making new friends and building relationships every single shift. Using team work and communication to get the tasks done quickly and efficiently.

   Working nights/weekends/holidays; getting days off on huge events such as the county fair or music festivals.

   Company culture is amazing. Learn a bunch of people skills.

   No benefits. No salary. Not a steady income. Tips can come and go depending on the day, weather, and time.

   Nothing whatsoever. Horrible place to work.

   Cons

   Dont work here unless you love being overworked and undervalued. The managers pick their favorites and love to play sides in the drama that ensues within the work place. The customers and staff are bullies and in my 7 years in the restaurant industry, this is the only job that has left me in tears on multiple occasions. I'll never go back to the industry after working here.
